Account deletion
Ryocho lets you permanently delete your account. You can do it in the app at any time, without contacting support.
How to delete your account
Follow these steps in the app:
- Open the app and go to “Settings” in the bottom navigation
- Tap “Account management” and find the “Danger zone” section
- Tap “Delete my account”
- Confirm the deletion
What is deleted
After you delete your account, the system permanently removes all of the following data:
- Your user account
- Trips
- Expense records
- Receipt images
- Credit card settings
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Make sure you have backed up anything you need before you continue.
