Travel freely.
Let Ryocho do the math.
Ryocho is a travel expense and bill-splitting app built for trips abroad. Scan receipts with AI, log spending in any of 23 currencies, and settle up with your travel companions on iOS, Android, and the web.
Snap the receipt and check the items. Note who paid and who shares. When the trip ends, settle up and look back on it together.
From the first expense,
the whole trip adds up.
Recent releases connect inviting companions before the trip, logging along the way, and wrapping up afterward. The goal isn't more features. It's fewer pauses every time you log an expense.

Take out your phone, finish one task, and get back to your trip. Scanning should stay out of the way, tax-free purchases should be recorded automatically, and splitting should never need a spreadsheet.
Snap a receipt. The items fill in.
Reads Japanese, Chinese, and English receipts. Capture a long receipt in 2–3 photos, and Ryocho merges the store, date, items, discounts, tax, and tax-free marks.

Your categories, your colors.
Start with nine default categories and add or edit your own. Change category colors and the accent color of all three themes. Reports stay clear and consistent.
Share an invite code. Start splitting.
Once your companions join, set who paid and who shares each expense, split evenly or by custom amounts. When the trip ends, one tap finds the fewest transfers.

Cashback and miles, tracked for you.
Set up multiple plans per card with spending thresholds, caps, eligible merchants, and mileage rules. Every purchase updates your progress and rewards.
Tax-free, refunds, and discounts, all counted.
Items marked ★ or Tax Free on a receipt are flagged as tax-free, and the exempted tax can be spread across items automatically. Cash tax refunds and discounts count toward your savings too, so you know exactly how much you saved.
Your budget, quietly keeping watch.
Spending too much today, nearing a card's spending cap, or nothing logged yet today: these alerts appear only when you need them. No nagging, no noise, no interruptions.
When the trip ends, your recap is ready.
Eight shareable cards, created automatically: total spent, your most visited store, your biggest expense, card rewards earned, and your biggest spending day. Look through them on the ride home and send them to your travel companions.

Questions you might have.
Who is Ryocho for?
Travelers who want to organize spending abroad by trip, scan receipts instead of typing, or split costs with friends, partners, or family. On a solo trip, track only your own spending. On a group trip, record who paid and who shares each expense, then check who owes what after the trip.
Is it free?
The free plan includes full expense tracking, splitting, and trip recaps, with 10 free AI scan credits every month and 10 bonus credits when you sign up. Receipt photos are stored free on your phone. Pro adds AI credits every billing period, keeps receipt photos stored while your plan is active, and unlocks report exports, unlimited credit cards, and card plan management. When Pro ends, existing receipt photos are kept for another 60 days.
Where is my data stored?
On Supabase. Receipt images, expense records, and credit card rules are stored encrypted. You can permanently delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account. All of your data, receipts, and sign-in records are removed immediately.
How accurate is AI scanning?
It reads Japanese, Chinese, and English receipts, but blurry photos, long receipts, or unusual layouts may still need corrections. After a scan, a review screen lets you check the store, date, items, amounts, and currency, then adjust the category, payer, and split before you save.
Which currencies are supported?
23 currencies: JPY, KRW, THB, VND, IDR, USD, EUR, SGD, HKD, MOP, CNY, GBP, AUD, CAD, MYR, PHP, INR, TRY, TWD, NZD, CHF, PLN, and CZK. Exchange rates are saved daily, and each expense keeps the rate from its date, so later rate changes don't affect it.
How does splitting work?
Invite your companions when you create a trip, then choose who paid and who shares for each expense. On the last day, open the settlement page and Ryocho works out the plan with the fewest transfers. You get the numbers without doing the math.
Does it sync across devices?
Yes. One account syncs in real time across the web, iOS, and Android. Changes made offline upload automatically when you reconnect, and conflicts are resolved by server time.
